A Swedish massage focuses on overall relaxation, circulation, and physical and mental wellness. 

Unwind with long smooth strokes, and waves of kneading that open tired muscles, free up energy blockages, and relieve tension. This therapy can also incorporate stretching and compression therapy resulting in greater detoxification.

Hot Stone Massage

This Hot Stone Massage is one of the most relaxing and pleasurable treatments you will ever experience.  

With aromatherapy, steamy towels and delightfully warm, smooth stones that have been water-heated to the perfect temperature and used as an extension of my hands to apply pressure and tension releasing techniques to the whole body.

Reflexology

With my Reflexology treatment, your body and mind will feel free and clear of all worries and stressors that life places upon us.

Pressure is applied to distinct reflex points on the body using specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques, with particular focus on the feet. The therapy releases energy blockages and improves circulation, contributing to overall wellbeing.
